Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

The formula contains Quali®-D - a certified vitamin D of natural origin, obtained from lanolin from the wool of free-range sheep in Australia and New Zealand. Thanks to finely dispersed particles processed in specialized Swiss laboratories, Quali®-D is characterized by a stable, quickly absorbed form and high bioavailability.

Vitamin D contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and the absorption of calcium and phosphorus. It contributes to the maintenance of healthy teeth and supports normal muscle development and function.

Vitamin K (menaquinone-7 MK-7) from natto

Aura Herbals Vitamin K is made from natto, a traditional Japanese dish made from unmodified soybeans fermented by the bacterium Bacillus subtilis. A natural source of menaquinone (Vitamin K), which improves bone strength and supports proper blood clotting.

Vitamin D promotes calcium absorption, but it is not always transported to the bones. Instead, it can accumulate in the blood vessels and lead to their calcification. To ensure the proper movement of calcium, it is recommended to combine vitamin D with vitamin K. Vitamin K stimulates the production of osteocalcin - a protein responsible for binding calcium and transporting it to the bones.

Omega-3 (fish oil)

The fish oil used in Aura Herbals products is extracted from Atlantic fish (mackerel, anchovies and sardines). Omega-3 fatty acids are rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which play a vital role in the proper functioning of the brain, nervous system, cardiovascular system and vision.
