OLIMP Folic Acid / 30 Tabs is a dietary supplement in tablet form that contains the necessary daily dose of folic acid.


Functions and Features:

  • Required for the production of DHK and PHK
  • Essential for proper cell division and transfer of the genetic code to newly formed cells
  • Important for the production of fat cells, proteins and some amino acids
  • Extremely essential for closing the neural tube during pregnancy, preventing defects such as spina bifida
  • It has an effect on cervical dysplasia and reduces the need for hysterectomy.
  • Reduces hypoglycemic levels, even when elevated by lipid-lowering medications
  • Helps support a healthy immune system
  • It can prevent the development and progression of atherosclerosis.



The name comes from the Latin word folium - leaf and was first discovered in the 1940s, extracted from spinach. It needs to be replenished every day so that the body does not store it for a long time. Folic acid is of particular importance for women of childbearing age, as low levels can lead to serious consequences for the fetus. They carry a high risk of neural tube defects such as spina bifida.

Low levels of folic acid are associated with an increased risk of heart problems, due to increased homocysteine. Folic acid deficiency is the most common deficiency of a specific vitamin in the world. Half of its quantity in food is lost due to cooking, processing, or short-term storage, which is why it is strongly recommended to store it.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
