Proteins are made up of amino acids, and there are 20 of them in total.

The human body can synthesize or create 11 of them - the remaining 9 are known as "essential amino acids" because they must come from our diet. A "complete" protein is one that contains all 9 of these essential amino acids, and there are several plant foods that fit this description, such as rice, pea, soy, and hemp.



The product contains a specially developed formula with two sources of vegetable protein - pea and brown rice.



Pea protein is especially popular among vegetarians, vegans, or people with allergies and sensitive stomachs to dairy or eggs. It is made from yellow garden peas, a vegetable with a high fiber content. Pea protein is extremely rich in essential amino acids - BCAAs. This plant protein is absorbed more slowly than whey, but faster than casein. Its ability to trigger the release of certain hormones may be unmatched by that of milk protein.



Rice protein is preferred because of its high content of complete protein. It is often compared to whey in terms of quality, but with high digestibility and good tolerance, lactose-free, gluten-free, without causing allergies. Protein is one of the main substances important for a number of processes in the body, for maintaining normal muscle function, building new tissues, normal health of the skin, hair, cartilage and others. Produsul este eficient. Rezultatele pozitive le-am simtit dupa 10 zile si un progres real cam in 20 zile. Am 63 de ani si aveam serioase dureri articulare.
Este placut la gust si uspr de administrat.
Am procurat 6 flacoane si vreau sa iau acest supliment pt cel putin 4 luni. Medicul endocrinolog care ma monitorizeaza mi-a recomandat.
Concluzia: un produs bun si eficient, testat de mine.
