Vitarade EL is a carbohydrate nutritional supplement with added electrolytes!

Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function after highly intense and/or prolonged physical exercise, leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.

The product is for people who have performed highly intense and/or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.

The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming carbohydrates from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg of body weight, in doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, after highly intense and/or prolonged physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.

Method of use:

Dissolve ~2 scoops of powder (50 g) in 500 ml of water. Depending on your needs, take 2-3 servings daily, preferably before, during and after training.
