NUTRIENT INGREDIENTS
Oats, natural whey concentrate, raw milk concentrate, natural egg, natural rice, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, sunflower oil, fat-reduced cocoa powder.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Mix one serving (1 scoop /60g) of iFood with 450-600ml of water or low-fat milk or milk alternative to prepare your delicious quick meal. Shake well for 20 seconds.
Add one serving (1 scoop / 60g) of iFood + 450-600 ml of water or low-fat milk or other milk alternative + you can add low-glycemic frozen fruit to a blender and blend.
