You may be wondering why SuperPump MAX contains so many vitamins and minerals. These ingredients help maintain hydration levels during exercise and are crucial for ensuring optimal muscle cell function.

B vitamins are extremely important for the proper functioning of energy metabolism, for the production of new red blood cells (which carry oxygen to all tissues, including muscles), as well as for the repair of cells damaged during exercise, which accelerates and improves recovery processes.

There’s nothing worse than muscle cramps and dehydration during a workout, right? You want better recovery, right? You won’t see these ingredients in most popular pre-workout products because they’re quite expensive. Directions : As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 3 scoops of SuperPump MAX in 230-700 ml of cold water or juice (i.e. approximately 230-240 ml of liquid for each scoop of product), 30-40 minutes before training. Important – those who are using the product for the first time should take 1 (one) scoop for the first 2-3 workouts to allow the body to properly absorb the high doses of SuperPump MAX. This product is for use on training days only.
