Earth apple coffee with dandelion root and aromatic spices is an excellent healthy drink, a product of the Polish company Dary Natury. It has a pleasant naturally sweet taste, a wonderful nutty aroma and a velvety consistency. Caffeine-free, but rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, antioxidants, and fiber.

• Earth apple
Jerusalem artichoke, also known as gulia or Jerusalem artichoke, contains many beneficial vitamins, fructose, indigestible inulin, valuable minerals, essential amino acids, and bioflavonoids. But the shining star is inulin, a fiber that the human body does not digest. Instead, this fiber essentially “feeds” the beneficial bacteria that live in the gut, helping them thrive and maintain a healthy microbiome.
When bacteria “eat” the inulin fiber, they create a byproduct of their digestion, creating short-chain fatty acids. In addition, Jerusalem artichoke is very low in fat and calories, but due to its high fiber content, it fills you up quickly and is therefore often used in diets.

Recommendations for use: One heaped teaspoon of coffee per 1 cup of water, pour into a container and boil for about 2-3 minutes. Leave for 5-10 minutes, pour into cups. You can add milk or cream or sweeten as desired.
