Primrose is cold-pressed, solvent-free and hexane-free evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera lamarckiana), which is an excellent source of Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is an important omega-6 fatty acid needed for the production of beneficial prostaglandins (hormone-like compounds) that play an important role in promoting immune regulation.
In Europe, evening primrose oil is traditionally prescribed for gastrointestinal complaints, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), asthma, cough, skin diseases and for wound treatment in general.
Recommended intake: 1 softgel, 1-2 times daily with meals or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Other ingredients: The gel capsule consists of gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
