EPA-DHA Balance® on Jarrow is a product with exceptional qualities that contains ultra-purified (through molecular distillation) and highly concentrated omega-3 fatty acids of fish oil and offers synergistic benefits of both important omega-3 fatty acids in proportion 2:1Each easy-to-swallow capsule provides 600 mg. EPA and DHA (no fishy smell with natural strawberry flavor), which is twice as much as standard products on the market today.

Omega-3 fats such as Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are widely studied and scientifically validated to support proper anti-inflammatory balance, joint function, cardiovascular and brain health. Unfortunately, fish is one of the most contaminated food groups in the world, as a result of which taking Fish Oil will not achieve the expected health benefits and worse may be potentially unsafe unless it is free from harmful contaminants such as heavy metals and pesticides.
