Vitamin C - also known as L-ascorbic acid , is a water-soluble vitamin and a powerful antioxidant. This vitamin is needed for the synthesis of collagen, L-carnitine and other neurotransmitters. It also participates in protein synthesis.

Quercetin – a powerful antioxidant known for its protective properties against free radicals, which are the main culprits of aging in the body. It also has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic and antiviral properties.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
