Lecithin Bio from the German company Vegavero is a natural product that contributes to normal brain and cardiovascular function.

Lecithin belongs to the group of fatty substances that contain phospholipids. It occurs naturally in the cell membranes of humans, animals and plants. Lecithin performs several basic functions. As an integral part of cell membranes, it plays an important role in the entire organism. It is extremely important for the functions of the liver, cardiovascular and nervous systems, improves the lipid profile, supports memory and attention and stimulates the production of myelin.

While most dietary supplements contain lecithin from soy, Lecithin Bio on Vegavero is extracted from sunflower seeds grown in Germany using controlled organic farming methods. Compared to soy lecithin extraction, sunflower lecithin extraction does not require aggressive chemicals. Each capsule provides 500 mg of pure soy lecithin, containing 15% phosphatidylcholine and 14% phosphatidylinositol.

Lecithin Bio of the German company Vegavero is a 100% vegan product that does not contain artificial additives and GMOs. It is produced according to global standards: ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP. The economical packaging is enough for a 2-month intake.

Lecithin 1000mg 1000mg
Providing phosphatidylcholine 150 mg 150 mg
Providing phosphatidylinositol 140 mg 140 mg


Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), sunflower lecithin (from controlled organic farming).

Suitable for vegans.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
