Stress-Relax Ashwagandha contains clinically studied, organic, vegan KSM-66 Ashwagandha® extract, which is a patented raw material with maximum absorption

The extract is extracted from the roots of the Withania somnifera shrub, which is widespread in India and Nepal. The product is designed to help increase the human body's resistance to stress and anxiety, thus improving the quality of life. Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry and Indian ginseng, is a well-known Ayurvedic herb, traditionally used as an aid against insomnia and nervous breakdown. Scientific studies prove its effectiveness as an adaptogen, which helps to overcome and adapt to extreme physical and mental challenges. This also explains the widespread use of the herb by athletes. Unlike the stimulating effect of the original ginseng, this herb also has a calming effect. Ashwagandha is one of the few sedative adaptogens that are used for anxiety disorders, insomnia, mild obsessive-compulsive disorders and to improve the functioning of the nervous system.

The vegetarian capsules contain rice bran, organic gum arabic (acacia gum) and organic sunflower oil. It is advisable to use the product under medical supervision for prolonged periods.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
