Benefits of taking Maitake: An excellent source of extremely powerful immunostimulating compounds known as beta-glucans. Beta-glucans in Maitake activate the activity of macrophages - white blood cells that engulf and destroy tumor cells and various pathogens. Macrophages, in turn, activate other components of the immune system, including T-cells (T-lymphocytes), important for cellular immunity. Maitake extracts have been successfully used for hypertension (hydrostatic pressure in vessels, cavities or in hollow organs, e.g. arterial hypertension (high blood pressure), intra-abdominal hypertension, etc.), diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol levels. It has a strong anti-inflammatory effect and inhibits the pro-inflammatory enzymes COX-1 and COX-2, which cause some of the most serious diseases.

Shiitake Benefits: Shiitake has been used to increase energy, speed up recovery from illness, slow down the aging process, and treat respiratory and liver diseases. Modern science suggests that the beta-glucans in shiitake enhance the effects of some drugs used in chemotherapy. Shiitake also enhances immune antitumor activity and increases the efficacy of radiotherapy. It significantly lowers blood pressure, reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular disease, and maintains cholesterol within normal limits. The extract of the mushroom acts as a natural antibiotic and has anticancer and antiviral properties, useful in the treatment of cancer, allergies, respiratory infections, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
