Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a rather complicated task, for which you need to follow the right combination of dozens of guidelines.

One thing is certain, however: a healthy diet is the foundation of everything.

Protein pancakes have been around in the supplement industry for years, but were left out of our portfolio... until now!

We worked on the product content to create delicious and protein-rich pancakes. Our goal was to create a healthy food, a true culinary pleasure and thus our vegan pancake was born!

Main features:

→ instead of milk we used coconut milk powder, so the product is 100% lactose-free
→ we leave out all ingredients of animal origin, so the product is also suitable for vegans
→ instead of sugar we used sweeteners to make it sugar-free
→ we improved the protein content with added pea protein isolate

Suitable for people who:

→ looking for a high-protein supplement for everyday life
→ they love sweet desserts, but they follow a diet
→ are lactose intolerant and are looking for healthy food that will certainly not cause discomfort
→ are looking for vegan food that fits your lifestyle perfectly

Method of preparation:

Mix 2 scoops (50g) of vegan protein powder for pancakes with 100ml of skimmed milk or water in a bowl until combined. Add half a tablespoon of oil to the pan and cook the pancakes until golden brown.

Also try American-style pancakes with this mixing ratio: 100 g of protein powder with 100 ml of skim milk or water.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
