The folic acid in this dietary supplement is in the most biologically active form (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate/methylfolate, which guarantees a very high degree of absorption and effectiveness. This form of folic acid is natural and active. Unlike synthetic, methylfolate has no side effects and is a significantly more effective source of folic acid.

Each sublingual tablet provides, in addition to 1000 mcg of folic acid, 50 mcg of vitamin B12 and a blend of organic vegetable, fruit, herb, plant and algae extracts. The added B12 in the form of methylcobalamin further enhances the digestibility and effectiveness of methylfolate.

Action:

→ Prevention of spinal cord (neural tube) defects in the fetus, when taken shortly before and during pregnancy;
→ Stimulates the production of red blood cells;
→ It can lower high levels of homocysteine, high levels of which are the cause of the development of cardiovascular disease and damage to the central nervous system.
→ Improves mood;
→ Does not contain GMOs, pesticides, solvents and other harmful agents.
