The carbohydrates in LevroLegendary Mass, contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (muscle contractions), after extremely intense and/or prolonged physical exertion leading to muscle fatigue and glycogen depletion in skeletal muscles. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, and therefore should be an essential nutritional ingredient for any serious athlete.

Method of use:
2 scoops – in the morning, after waking up, and 2 scoops immediately after training!
On non-training days, you can take 2 scoops - in the morning, after waking up, and for maximum effect, another 2 scoops after lunch.
