Cinnamon (Cinnamon) Holland & Barrett:

Holland & Barrett Cinnamon contributes to improved insulin sensitivity and reduced blood sugar levels. Helps with diabetes and helps normalize blood pressure. Helps the body fight fungal infections, has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Cinnamon has strong healing properties on the circulatory system. It prevents the accumulation of slags in the arteries, dilates the veins, improves blood circulation and oxygen transport in the body.

Instructions for use:
Two tablets twice a day, preferably with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a healthy diet.

Contents in 4 (four) tablets:
 Cinnamon extract (Cinnamomum cassia) (bark) - 66.67mg
(30:1 extract, equivalent to 2000mg cinnamon)

Does not contain:
 artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners, no preservatives, no added sugar, no added salt, no corn, no yeast, no additives of animal origin.

Warning:
For adults only. The product is a dietary supplement. Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Consult your doctor before taking if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, taking medication or have any medical condition.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
