Freeze-dried Tea Biovitamins, by the Polish health food and supplement company Dary Natury, is a delicious drink that includes high-quality fruits from certified organic farming. • Pear

Pears are an excellent source of fiber, essential for digestive health. They have a mild laxative effect.

The fruits also contain polyphenol antioxidants, which protect the body from oxidative damage and counteract inflammation.

• Sea buckthorn (sea buckthorn)

Sea buckthorn is distinguished by an impressive amount of vitamin C - it has more of it than lemon or blackcurrant. Other vitamins found in the fruit are A, E, K, P and vitamins of group B.

Another valuable substance in sea buckthorn is the omega-7 fatty acid, i.e. palmitic-oleic acid. It is a powerful antioxidant, or a compound that eliminates the harmful effects of free radicals that accelerate the aging process of the body.

Sea buckthorn strengthens immunity, adds energy, supports the functioning of the entire body, and even improves the appearance of the skin.

• Blackcurrant

Blackcurrant is rich primarily in anthocyanins, polyphenols, vitamin C and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). It is also a source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP, K, beta carotene, biotin, folic acid and minerals: potassium, sodium, iron, calcium, sulfur compounds and magnesium. This super-fruit provides rare trace elements such as chlorine, zinc, copper, boron, iodine, cobalt, molybdenum and manganese, as well as phytosterols, which contribute to lowering the level of "bad" cholesterol.

Blackcurrant fruits are useful for preventing cardiovascular disease, metabolic diseases (including type 2 diabetes and hypercholesterolemia), maintaining immunity, and improving eye, liver, intestinal, and kidney health.
