Jarrow 's EPA-DHA Balance® is a premium product that contains ultra-purified (by molecular distillation) and highly concentrated omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil, offering the synergistic benefits of both essential omega-3 fatty acids in a 2:1 ratio. Each easy-to-swallow capsule provides 600 mg. of EPA and DHA (fishy-smell free with a natural strawberry flavor), which is twice as much as standard products on the market today.
Omega-3 fats such as Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) have been extensively studied and scientifically validated to support proper anti-inflammatory balance, joint function, cardiovascular and brain health. Unfortunately, fish is one of the most contaminated food groups in the world, as a result of which taking Fish Oil will not achieve the expected health benefits and worse may be potentially unsafe unless it is free from contaminants harmful to humans, such as heavy metals and pesticides.
