OstroVit BCAA + Glutamine 1100 is a high-quality dietary supplement containing BCAA ( branched-chain amino acids ), which are indispensable for our body + glutamine .

The product offers excellent quality and does not contain unnecessary fillers and flavorings.

These compounds are named for their extended side chains in their chemical structure. Branched-chain amino acids include: leucine , isoleucine , and valine .

They are an integral element for protein synthesis and over 30% of our muscles are made up of BCAAs .

Glutamine is an extremely important amino acid for the human body, constituting about 60% of the composition of skeletal muscle. This amino acid stimulates the growth of lean muscle mass by increasing growth hormone and improving endurance, as well as accelerating recovery.

Glutamine is an organic chemical compound from the group of endogenous amino acids and is characterized by functions such as: nitrogen transporter or precursor of the synthesis of glutathione and nucleotides. It is one of the substrates in the process of gluconeogenesis.
