Method of preparation:
100 grams (6.5 scoops) of powder is placed in a blender with 200 ml of water. Mix until a uniform consistency of thick cream. Leave in the freezer for 25 minutes. Remove the semi-frozen mixture from the freezer and mix well. Leave the product in the freezer again for about 40 minutes, after which it is ready to consume.
