HMB Formula Caps - 240 capsules

HMB FORMULA CAPS contains β-hydroxy β-methylbutyric acid in the form of calcium salt. This short-chain fatty acid is produced from an amino acid (L-leucine) after any intense physical exercise or as a result of prolonged stress.

The recommended daily dose is 6 capsules.

Take one dose of the product - 2 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings daily.
On training days:
1st serving – 30 minutes before the first meal, 2nd serving – immediately after training, 3rd serving – before bedtime.
On non-training days:
1st serving - 30 min. before the first meal, 2nd serving - 30 min. before the main meal, 3rd serving - before bedtime.



WARNINGS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take the product. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Azorubine may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The product may contain allergens such as: milk, soy, wheat, barley, oats, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts.
