Organically produced coconut oil is rich in medium-chain triglycerides, which are a powerful accelerator of lipid metabolism in unhealthy abdominal fat.

Unlike long-chain triglycerides, which are absorbed into the lymphatic system, undergo biotransformation, and can accumulate as reserve fat, MCTs are absorbed directly into the portal system and enter the liver, where they are used as a source of energy. MCTs relieve liver activity because they do not require bile secretion for their metabolism. Coconut oil enhances fatty acid oxidation and suppresses visceral fat accumulation, which is why it is one of the most successful supplements in bodybuilding.

Once concentrated, they are added to the pure fish oil. The product contains no sugar. Sweetened with monk fruit extract.
It can be mixed with protein smoothies, yogurt, and salad dressings.

Method of administration:
For children from 1 to 13 years of age, ½ tsp. (2.5 ml) once a day. For adults and children over 14 years of age, 1 tsp. 5 ml once a day.
