→ BCAA blend – leucine, isoleucine, valine – 6 grams
Of the three BCAAs, leucine has the most research supporting its ability to stimulate protein synthesis. We use an innovative 10:1:1 ratio, which means you get a HUGE 5 grams of this powerful anabolic activator in every serving for maximum effect. The additional two BCAAs work synergistically with leucine to achieve better results than leucine alone.

→ Blend of essential amino acids – phenylalanine, threonine, lysine HCl, histidine HCl, tryptophan, methionine – 205 mg
Recent clinical studies have shown that protein synthesis is stimulated to a greater extent if additional EAAs are added, which is why we added them to the formula.

→ Blueberry fruit – this is among the most effective antioxidants on the market and helps your immune system fight free radicals caused by exercise.

→ Bromelain – this is the digestive enzyme found in pineapple and is added to ADYM to help you digest the high levels of protein that most bodybuilders consume.

→ Intracellular buffer mixture – beta-alanine, dicalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate – 800 mg
