Psyllium is a suitable addition to your diet. It replaces all chemically acting laxatives. It is used for lazy intestines, constipation, colitis, gastritis.
Note: Do not use if you have stomach pain, nausea, vomiting. Consult a doctor if you notice sudden changes in bowel function that last more than 2 weeks. Discontinue use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
