Fortify^TM Daily Prebiotic Fiber contains a highly effective combination of prebiotic fibers - a patented blend of guar gum fibers (Sunfiber®) and chicory fibers.

The patented Sunfiber® fiber blend works on several levels. It normalizes bowel movements in cases of constipation and diarrhea. Unlike most fibers that only relieve constipation, Sunfiber® normalizes the condition of the gastrointestinal tract in cases of diarrhea. It also has a positive effect on the control of blood glucose levels, reduces appetite, creating a feeling of satiety and reducing the desire to eat.

Chicory has been used for thousands of years in natural medicine and has become popular as an alternative to coffee because it has a similar taste and properties. Chicory fiber helps cleanse the gastrointestinal tract of toxins, reduces bloating and heaviness in the stomach, and normalizes blood sugar levels.

Fortify^TM Daily Prebiotic Fiber has a pleasant lemon and raspberry flavor. The intake of 2 ^1/2 tsp /1 measuring spoon/ 1-2 times a day dissolved in 250 ml of water or other non-carbonated liquid guarantees optimal results.
