Apart from being a spice, fenugreek It has a long history of use as an herbal medicine. It is most often used to increase milk supply in nursing mothers, against gastrointestinal problems, and for coughs. According to many modern studies, fenugreek is also useful for maintaining sugar metabolism and reducing cholesterol.

Each capsule of the product Fenugreek (seeds) of the Canadian company Natural Factors, is a source of 500 mg extract from the seeds of the plant (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.).

The product contains only high-quality ingredients. It does not contain GMOs, artificial colors, preservatives, or common allergens.
