About the ingredients in the product

Echinamide® / Echinacea extract (Echinacea purpurea) – a patented extract from the roots and aerial parts of freshly harvested and organically grown in its natural habitat (Okanagan region in British Columbia, Western Canada) purple echinacea.

The patented extraction process used to extract Echinamide® ensures the bioavailability of the three immunoactive compounds of Echinacea purpurea - alkylamides, chicory acid and polysaccharides.

→ Polysaccharides – have immunostimulating effects, activate phagocytes (immune cells) against viruses, bacteria and fungi.
→ Chicory acid – stimulates phagocytosis and prevents the penetration of pathogens through cell membranes.
→ Alkylamides – stimulate alveolar macrophages and protect lung tissues from infections.

Elderberry extract (Sambucus nigra) – a herb with a thousand-year history of use in natural medicine, traditionally used against respiratory tract infections.
