Creatine monohydrate in Assault Sport works to replenish the phosphate bond that has been depleted as a result of intense exercise, thus restoring Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) levels to fuel your muscles again, allowing you to maintain muscular endurance and increase your training volume. In addition, Creatine Monohydrate has the ability to retain excess water in muscle cells, keeping your muscles hydrated and thus with greater volume, for longer.

Besides Creatine monohydrate in Assault Sport Contains Beta-Alanine and Betaine Anhydride. Beta Alanine is known for its ability to buffer lactic acid, which builds up as a result of intense training.
