The ESSENSEY OMEGA 3-6-9 COMPLEX food supplement contains polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA and DHA from the omega-3 group and fatty acids from the omega-6 and omega-9 groups.
→ the product contains a supplement of vitamin E with antioxidant activity 1 and conjugated linoleic → acid (CLA)
→ the source of fatty acids is vegetable oils: flaxseed oil, borage oil and fish oil
Omega-3 and omega-6 acids are necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. The main source of omega-3 acids is primarily "fatty" marine fish (and the oils produced from them), e.g. salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring and shellfish 6 . The most well-known omega-3 fatty acids include eicosapentaenoic acid EPA and docosahexaenoic acid DHA.
Method of use:
Take 2 capsules per day with an appropriate amount of liquid, preferably during or immediately after a meal.
