They make up about 35% of the mass of dry muscle tissue and are also classified as exogenous amino acids that must be supplied to the body from the outside with food or with the help of professional supplements. Unfortunately, the human body does not synthesize them. The proposed supplement is based on branched-chain amino acids BCAA in a mass ratio of 2:1:1 for L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, respectively. The formula also includes taurine, l-tyrosine and vitamin B6, which affect the body's energy metabolism, as well as the metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates.
