- California poppy

California poppy is a beautiful plant that is used in folk medicine for calming and sounder sleep. It is able to suppress nervous excitability, reduce the feeling of stress, shorten the time it takes to fall asleep, maintain the duration and quality of sleep at night, and eliminate headaches.

- Magnesium
