What's more, various studies show that there is a direct link between lutein intake and eye pigmentation; studies suggest that increasing macular pigmentation reduces the risk of eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration.

Last but not least, the OLIMP Supervision / 30 Tabs formula contains Vitamins A and E, which protect cells from oxidative stress and play an important role in eye health.

How to take: Take 1 tablet, once daily.

Ingredients: filler: cellulose; eyebright extract (Euphrasia officinalis L.), binders: calcium phosphates, talc; DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate: vitamin E, African marigold extract (Tagetes erecta L.), including 80% lutein, 8% zeaxanthin, glazing agents: polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyethylene glycol, talc, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (poly80); filler: cross-linked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; retinyl palmitate: vitamin A, dyes: titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
