L-Lysine Natures Aid:

Natures Aid L-Lysine contains 1000mg of L-lysine per tablet. These tablets are suitable for vegans who follow a vegan diet and do not contain lactose, wheat and gluten. Lysine is one of the 9 essential amino acids. It has important functions in the body, one of which is protective. The amino acid protects the body from viral and herpes infections, as well as being a powerful remedy for treating such infections. In addition, lysine is involved in maintaining nitrogen balance in the body, as this balance depends on general health, as well as the building and maintenance of muscle mass. Lysine helps the body absorb calcium and plays an important role in the formation of collagen, a substance important for bones and connective tissues, including skin, tendons and cartilage.

Instructions for use:
 Take 1 tablet daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced and healthy diet.

Each tablet contains:
 L-Lysine Hydrochloride - 1269mg, providing L-Lysine - 1000mg

Does not contain:
 artificial colors, flavors and sweeteners, preservatives, starch, corn, yeast, gluten, ingredients of animal origin.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
