This effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 grams of creatine.

Recommended intake:
→ It is recommended to use creatine for 8 weeks and then stop for a few weeks
→ It is advisable to use 15-20 g of creatine during the first 5 days of starting its intake, followed by the maintenance phase (5 g daily = 1 teaspoon) for 60 - 80 kg
→ Use it 30 minutes before training and immediately after
→ This use is suitable for strength and intense training
