The product Vitamin B Complex contributes to the normal functioning of the central and peripheral nervous systems. The drops contain thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), biotin (vitamin B7), folic acid (vitamin B9) and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). A certified Quali®-B vitamin complex was used for their production. Taking these vitamins is especially recommended for people on a vegan diet, which is associated with a risk of vitamin B deficiency - their best food sources are usually of animal origin (meat, eggs, milk and dairy products). The complex is sweetened with xylitol and has a spearmint flavor. Vitamin B Complex should not be taken with food, but the drops can be added to a cold drink.

Are vitamin drops better than tablets?
