Tyrosine counteracts the aging process by maintaining dopamine production as we age, thereby improving cognitive and physical performance. It is also useful for those who want to promote alertness and their ability to focus (it can replace coffee in the morning), or for those who are under constant stress and want to maintain healthy hormone levels and mental agility. Tyrosine is a powerful amino acid with numerous benefits. It is an important precursor to thyroid and adrenal hormones and neurotransmitters in the brain, such as dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine.
Recommended intake: 1 capsule, 1 or 2 times daily on an empty stomach, immediately after waking up, preferably with juice as a carbohydrate source, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
