Swedish Supplements Turkesterone 500 mg is an extract from the plant Ajuga Turkestanica , which is native to the Tien Shan and Hisaro Alai mountain ranges in Central Asia, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. Turkesterone is a plant extract that is used to maintain hormone levels and aid recovery from weight training. Turkesterone belongs to the ecdysteroid hormones, whose properties promote the growth of plants and insects, making them considered substances with building (anabolic) properties.

Ecdysteroids have anabolic and adaptogenic effects, which is why they are often included in supplements that stimulate muscle growth and recovery. They can be compared to testosterone, but with the significant difference that they do not bind to androgen receptors and therefore cannot cause any of the side effects that testosterone does, and at the same time stimulate more anabolic processes in the body. Of the known ecdysteroids, turkesterone is the most effective.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
