Naturalico 's powerful sleep aid blend contains 1mg melatonin and natural extracts of Mentha piperita , lemon balm and valerian, which help block out distractions for a natural night's sleep. The product is recommended for insomnia, disorders and insufficient sleep. It works favorably for stress, tension, fatigue, as well as after significant physical and mental exertion.
Melatonin acts as a non-addictive sleep aid and restores the natural circadian rhythm. It improves sleep quality so that you wake up refreshed and rested. Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a herb that has a calming effect and promotes relaxation, mental and physical well-being. It contributes to normal sleep and helps it to occur. Mint and valerian extracts have a good effect on the nervous system, reduce nervous tension during the day and help to have a calm and restful sleep at night. They also benefit the cardiovascular system and help to normalize the heart rate, internal balance and a sense of calm.
Naturalico Sleep Aid also provides vitamin B6 to stimulate the body's natural production of melatonin.
Composition in a daily dose of 1 tablet: Melatonin 1 mg; Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) 18 mg (1286%*); Peppermint leaf extract (Mentha piperita) 520 mg; Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) (min. 0.8% valeric acids) 220 mg; Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis) (5% rosmarinic acid) 430 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating and silica.
Recommended Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 15-20 minutes before bedtime or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
