Cream of Rice by Olimp is a finely ground rice flour that turns into a creamy and soft texture after cooking. This feature makes it extremely easy to digest, which is especially important after intense workouts or for people with digestive problems.



Cream of Rice from Olimp is a portion of complex carbohydrates with the addition of a vitamin complex (A, C, D, E and B vitamins - thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vit. B6, biotin, folic acid, vit. B12). The cream is easily digestible, has a smooth, pleasant texture when dissolved in water and a sensational taste. What's more, it can be prepared literally in no time!



Cream of Rice benefits the body by providing a stable source of energy, which helps maintain normal blood sugar levels and prevent sudden drops in energy. Rice flour is also naturally rich in important trace elements such as iron, magnesium and B vitamins, which support a healthy metabolism and overall vitality of the body.

Servings per pack: 30

Directions for use: Dissolve 1 measuring spoon in 200 ml of cold or 250 ml of warm water, stir intensively until a suitable consistency is obtained.



Ingredients: 93.5% rice flour, 5% low-fat cocoa, sweeteners acesulfame K, sucralose; vitamins C, E, niacin, A, B12, D, B6, B2, B1, biotin.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
