Amino Complete is a combination of the 20 essential and non-essential amino acids. Amino acids are the main building blocks of protein . They are usually classified as “essential” and “non-essential” amino acids. “Non-essential” amino acids are those that the body can produce on its own , while “non-essential” amino acids are those that the body cannot produce and must be obtained through food or supplements. Several of the “non-essential” amino acids are considered conditionally “essential”, which means that under certain conditions such as injuries, diseases, increased stress levels, intense physical exertion, the body cannot produce them in adequate quantities and they must be obtained additionally.

Amino Complete is extremely useful for recovery after physical exertion, heavy surgery, stress or long illness. All amino acids contained in Amino Complete are necessary for all metabolic processes in the body.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
