Blackcurrant seeds are one of the richest plant sources of gamma-linolenic acid. This essential fatty acid belongs to the omega-6 fatty acids and has a remarkable set of properties against various infections and diseases. GLA acts as a precursor to prostaglandins, which perform various important functions in the body. Healthy levels of GLA are associated with good health and well-being. However, the body's ability to metabolize GLA and form DGLA decreases with age, so supplementation is recommended. GLA is an important building block of the skin, where it participates in the construction of intercellular substance and strengthens the body's natural defenses against external influences.

To preserve the natural profile of the oil after extraction, we used cold-pressed blackcurrant seed oil.

Recommended Dosage: As a dietary supplement, take 3 softgel capsules daily, preferably with food.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
