Shilajit is a key ingredient in the ancient science of Ayurveda, containing a high concentration of a number of important minerals, as well as fulvic acid, derived from a mineral resin. Shilajit is used as an adaptogen, as well as a systemic rejuvenator, usually in combination with other Ayurvedic formulas. Swanson Shilajit Extract is a complete, classically prepared combination enhanced with the historic Ayurvedic power of Triphala, which includes the herbs amla, harada, and baharda in the right proportions. The formula is standardized to 5% fulvic acid content
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (vegetable fiber), Cellulose (vegetable capsule), may contain one or both of the following ingredients: Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide
Recommended intake: Take one capsule per day with water.
