NOW Foods L-Carnitine 1000 mg – Carnipure is a dietary supplement that helps burn fat by using it for energy, increasing energy and endurance.

L-Carnitine is not actually an amino acid, but it has a structure similar to an amino acid, which is why it is commonly considered one.

The main function of L-Carnitine in the body is the transport of long-chain fatty acids, destined for digestion in the mitochondria and their conversion into the basic cellular energy unit – ATP. This is the main source of energy for muscles.

→ In this way, L-Carnitine increases the breakdown of fat for energy production. This leads to the prevention of fat accumulation, especially in the heart, liver and skeletal muscles.

→ L-Carnitine helps to overcome chronic fatigue , the cause of which can be found in the reduced productivity of cellular mitochondria, helps to recover from heart surgery, reduces cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, helps to reduce body weight . L-Sarnitine deficiency can lead to heart pain, muscle weakness and excess weight.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
