Methylcobalamin (Methyl B12) is an easily absorbed and easily digestible form of vitamin B12 that helps maintain brain health, vitality, restful sleep and good mood.

It also plays a critical role in detoxifying homocysteine ​​(linked to arterial damage and other health problems) and other oxidants associated with the aging process. Methyl B12 plays an important role in balancing brain chemicals and promoting the synthesis of neurotransmitters to improve communication between nerve cells.
