L-Glutamine 5000 is commonly used by bodybuilders and athletes to aid in recovery processes. We have enhanced our product by adding L-Alanine to offer a superior formula for endurance and recovery.

Glutamine is one of the most widely used ingredients for post-workout recovery.
The problem with most of the glutamine products available is that they only contain plain L-glutamine and nothing else. Plain L-glutamine is fine for recovery, but it could be improved. Recently, it has been discovered that taking L-alanine with L-glutamine supports and speeds up the recovery process after intense workouts.

So when it came time to formulate our glutamine product, we decided we needed the best. That's why we included L-alanine to offer a superior all-around glutamine supplement.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
