Properties and Features of Papain Papaya Enzyme by Swanson:

  • It helps in the digestion of food
  • Reduces the feeling of heaviness in the stomach
  • Helps in easier absorption of nutrients


Papain is a proteolytic enzyme extracted from the leaves and raw fruit of the papaya plant.
A number of people take papain for pain and swelling (inflammation) and to remove extra fluid after trauma and surgery.

It is also taken to help with digestion, sore throat and pharynx, shingles symptoms, sore muscles, diarrhea, hay fever, skin problems.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
