With each serving you get 19g of protein, 22g of carbs, 3.3g of fiber and only 1.6g of sugar. The whey isolate is processed and filtered, and the fiber comes from finely ground oats, which are specially selected for the needs of exercisers. This product is ideal for people who want to burn excess fat and gain lean muscle mass.

Breakfast Protein can be consumed in many ways – as a shake, mixed with yogurt or fresh milk, or added to baked goods such as muffins and cakes. It comes in a convenient package with 22 doses, with the recommended intake being 1 dose dissolved in 200 ml of water or milk. For optimal results, it is recommended to take it three times a day.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
