Methylcobalamin (Methyl B12) is an easily absorbed and easily digestible form of vitamin B12 that helps maintain brain health, vitality, restful sleep and good mood. It also plays a critical role in the detoxification of homocysteine ​​(linked to arterial damage and other health problems) and other oxidants associated with the aging process. Methyl B12 plays an important role in the balance of brain chemicals and promotes the synthesis of neurotransmitters to improve communication between nerve cells. Finally, methyl B12 plays a strategic role in the production of oxygen in blood cells.

Methyl B-12 is the highest form of vitamin B12, which is absorbed and retained much better than other forms of B 12 (e.g., cyanocobalamin). Jarrow Formulas Methylcobalamin (methyl B-12) is a premium product that is made without any synthetic flavors or sweeteners, including aspartame, acesulfame K, or sucralose (splenda).

Recommended Dosage: Chew or suck 1 tablet daily or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Note: If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, under the age of 18, or are taking medication, consult your doctor before using this product.

Other ingredients: Xylitol, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural lemon flavor, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), citric acid and silicon dioxide.

Does not contain: Wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish/shellfish, peanuts or tree nuts.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
