Vitamin K-2 100 mcg

Vitamin K is known for its role in normal blood clotting. It is essential for bone health, the cardiovascular system and the nervous system. As the biologically active form of vitamin K, K-2 is important for the formation of healthy and strong bones. Vitamin K supports calcium metabolism in vascular structures.

Vitamin K2 MK-7 shows a much longer half-life, more stable serum levels, and better accumulation with prolonged intake

Main benefits:

→ Regulates blood clotting;
→ Supports bone strength and density;

Vitamin K2 (MK-7) 100 MCG contributes to reducing the risk of arterial calcification and the development of cardiovascular complications.

Application: Menaquinone-7 is a bioactive and bioavailable (easy for the body to absorb) form of Vitamin K. It contributes to maintaining the normal condition of the bones and the circulatory system.

Directions: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably after meals.

Δεν μπορώ να πω πολλά με σιγουριά και βεβαιότητα, το παίρνω μόνο ένα μηνα, χρειάζεται τουλάχιστον τρεις, βελτίωση αισθάνομαι στους τένοντες,και στις αρθρώσεις,μεγάλη δυσκαμψία έχω στα χέρια, συνεχίζω την προσπάθεια μου με υπομονή.
